Funcition: The bigger the pokemon, the more intimidating it becomes, however the smaller the pokemon the harder it is to see from a distance.
How it changes over time: During the natural evolutions, the gible line becomes greater in size as it evolves. However during a mega evolution, mega garchomp becomes smaller in size.
How this change benefits the pokemon: This change benefits the pokemon because the desert gible lives in has many faster and larger predatores. Therefore gible must become larger to compete for resources.
