Once upon a time I travelled to Russia at Christmas. We didn’t know about COVID, so people didn’t have problems to travel. I saw my family and we spent very good time together. We celebrated Christmas and visited my grandparents and cousins. We didn’t wear masks and we hugged and kissed. In this photo I was in a shopping centre, where my brother took this photo. I wore this fake dress for fun. There were many people inside and much snow outside. We bought some presents for our family and then we took the underground to return home. It was fun and I want to do it again.

This photo is of my team, Atletico Macael formed by more than 28 soccer players this year for the codiv we had to stay at home but right now we have returned to play and better than ever, we are second in the league tied on points with the first It's a great team and they help me so much psychologically and physically. Hello, my name is Francisco Almansa Guevara and you can already see in my foto that I went to Madrid. It all started in Garrucha where my aunts and uncles told me quickly and get in the car. At that time I dont know what was happening, I just knew that it was my communion.After about 5 hours I read a poster that Real Madrid. Once upon a time when I was 9 years old I started in the world of athletics with my friend Angel Luis and my coach Carlos in Macael. I signed up for this sport because I have always loved running and I was getting better and better. People always say that this sport is only running but they never be it right because athletics in addition to running also perform other modalities, for example: shot put, shot put, long jump, high jump and many more. I like to practice all of them but the ones that I do best are throwing because I have a lot of strength. This weekend I went to a competition in Almería with my club and together with other teams. I shot put with a 3 kg ball and threw 8.45 m (my record) and was third in my category.
I think that we will do better in the next competition.

Before I was quarantined, I was younger, I did not do the same things,
I went out without a mask on the street, we shared things with each other, etc ...
I was in an AT Macael soccer team, I was federated, we were doing very well until the covid arrived and it was aurrino, I also went to music classes playing percussion, I used to go out every day to play free without masks etc ...
Not much has changed.

I am Angel Luis it was 3 years ago I did this picture when I was doing the road to Santiago . When I did this I walked about 100 km I started in Pontevedra .This day was amazing and I did new friends. This day I walked 32 kilometres from this reason I was very tired. I had the legs a lot of damaged .
Despite this I had a great trip and in the next day I arrived to Santiago.
After to walk we went to Portugal to enjoy and go sightseeing ,also we known new cultures and new food.

this was my life before the covid.
This photo was when I traveled to Seville in 2019, before there were no restrictions and we did not have to maintain a safety distance or have to wear a mask, it was one of the best I have done.
In life before the covid I used to travel a lot and in institutes and schools we did not have the windows open and we could get together with classmates from other course.

I'm going to talk about my soccer team. There are 25 players in my team and many of them are my friends. When we play matches against other teams we like to fight against them, this can become violent. I am a central defender, now I wear number 20 but before I had number 4. We were on our way to the beach, you didn't have to wear masks and you could give your loved ones hugs.
I really miss life before the covid, without the burden of going everywhere with a mask and not being able to hug most people for fear of infecting you, but I hope this happens soon and we can return to that life that so much we liked it.
