Take a pic of her and compare her to someone who is a bit more fatter and tell her LOOK U ARENT FAT or google what is an good weight for a girl and tell her your answer.
Just tell her to go to a gym then she will get healthier and feel better.

Talk to her and if you cant convince her then let her know that she is loved. What if her best friend was like her. Comparing others weight to herself. She would try and convince her too. Just the way your friend did to UUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!
