I feel like we need to get Career Center folks into the classroom teaching credit-bearing courses + have them work with faculty to train/teach career management/job search skills which don't lend themselves to optional workshops for students.

I'd like to have a more firm outline of goals, discussion questions and an overview of the full program-- kind of like a mini syllabus for attendees. This would help provide the foundational understanding of the boundaries of our conversation and give structure for our work together. It could be shared in advance, and referred back to each session to help ground the group.
