         <description><![CDATA[<div>-reviewing of human rights plan (including monitoring pieces, a Human Rights office, etc) in accordance to legislation&nbsp;<br>-reporting of concerns in accordance to the human rights procedure&nbsp;<br><br><br>Forms of discrimination include<br>&nbsp; direct, indirect, subtle &nbsp;<br>&nbsp; harassment;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; culture/environment<br>&nbsp; systemic discrimination&nbsp;<br><br>Harassment includes things like:<br>-teasing<br>-joking<br>-remarks/comments<br>-offence pictures or materials&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;The Ontario Human Rights Commission provides protection from discrimination in five areas. It states that every person has a right to freedom from discrimination in the following areas,<br>● contracts,&nbsp;<br>● employment,&nbsp;<br>● vocational associations,&nbsp;<br>● housing accommodations,&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;● goods, services and facilities.&nbsp;<br><br>harassment, racism, protected environment, etc etc all defined in this section<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
