Forms of discrimination include
  direct, indirect, subtle  
  harassment; 
  culture/environment
  systemic discrimination 

Harassment includes things like:
-teasing
-joking
-remarks/comments
-offence pictures or materials 

 The Ontario Human Rights Commission provides protection from discrimination in five areas. It states that every person has a right to freedom from discrimination in the following areas,
● contracts, 
● employment, 
● vocational associations, 
● housing accommodations, 
 ● goods, services and facilities.

* investigation: HR office investigates the situation, maintain and keep the final report
