The bionic arm is a prosthesis capable of predicting movements and adapting to the user's needs. It was invented by Dean Kamen.People who were born without a limb or who needed to amputate them out of necessity can use prostheses to simulate the existence of arms, hands, legs and feet.the arm works as follows: The operation of the Sense allows electrodes connected to a box present in the prosthesis to record the patterns of triggering nerve signals, allowing the user to train the artificial limb to act simulating reality. When the person thinks about closing the hand, for example, the stimulus generated contracts some forearm muscles. The software recognizes the patterns created by that user and makes the artificial hand close. This was a major breakthrough in technology.
