The way that investments work is it uses the original amount you invested and uses the compound interest to enlarge your profit. By holding the investment and letting it stay overtime it is guaranteed to make you a greater profit which is why you have to be patient.

Saving money is more for short term problems that pop up. You should always save no matter what because you never know what could happen . Although it isn't like investing where you get a large profit in return, you should still have some in savings for emergencies.

6. How do you think you will invest your money? Which methods? What age? Percentage of future paycheck? ( at least 6 sentences a.k.a. a paragraph)

If I were to invest I would start early like the infographic recommended so I would start at about 18 maybe 19. The methods that I would prefer to use are cash and equivalents or hard assets just because they are most likely to have lower risks. I chose cash and equivalents because you get to keep some cash while investing but still leaves room for you to have new opportunities. I was also interested in hard assets because it lets you have some things in a portfolio while having low risk which I like because just the thought of high risks scare me. I’m not really sure the exact amount I would save, but according to the infographic the percentage with the lowest risk is 0.72% but that isn’t alot to invest. I think the right amount would be 7.7% because the risk is medium and that seems like the right amount to be investing.
