Two social studies PLC's a week will be held to carry out the plan. At Commerce, I will be working with the 2 ILSs to plan and execute PLCs. I will conduct unannounced observations on all 10th grade ELA Educators. I will meet with all 4 Priority School ILSs as a group regarding their specific coaching cycles, PLCs and PDs in their schools. At HSST I will plan and co present a PD on lesson planning for all HSST ELA Educators.
