         <title>We have crafted 3 plans that are specific to the three buildings.&amp;nbsp; There are themes that run across the three schools and when we can make connections between the three we are and when differentiation has been needed we are ensuring that the PD plan is reflecting that.</title>

         <title>Visual &amp;amp;amp; Performing Arts- will&amp;amp;nbsp;support the work in ELA and Math at Sci-Tech and Commerce&amp;amp;nbsp;by&amp;amp;nbsp;highlighting &amp;lt;em&amp;gt;analysis&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;as a targeted thinking skill. Time during V&amp;amp;amp;PA department meetings will be&amp;amp;nbsp;dedicated to sharing information and&amp;amp;nbsp;strategies that prompt&amp;amp;nbsp;students&#39; analytic thinking and application&amp;amp;nbsp;in all arts classes.</title>

         <title>Social studies will be working closely with department chairs, APs and principals to highlight the work that is done in the classroom with informational text.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The ILS and department chair at Commerce will be meeting with me to strategically map out each month&#39;s work. Two social studies PLC&#39;s a week will be held to carry out the plan. Will be meeting with AP&#39;s at Sci-Tech to support their work through learning walk/unannounced.&amp;nbsp; Have met and will continue to collaborate with Principal DeSpirit to improve the teaching&amp;nbsp;of an educator who is not new to Springfield, but is new to teaching social studies.</title>

         <title>monitor the evaluation process for the priority schools, and the observations per plan.&amp;nbsp; I will also work with the PE department to think about ways to get kids moving in the classroom and ways to engage students through kinesthetic movement, not just in the gym.&amp;nbsp; Look for alternative programming, before and after school to increase attendance, decrease negative behavior, and become a positive reward for students.&amp;nbsp; </title>

         <title>Secondary ELA will be working with Commerce, HSST and SEMS. At Commerce,&amp;nbsp;I will be working with the 2 ILSs to plan and execute PLCs. I will conduct unannounced observations on all 10th grade ELA Educators. I will meet with all&amp;nbsp;4 Priority School ILSs as a group regarding their specific coaching cycles, PLCs and PDs in their schools. At HSST I will plan and co present a PD on lesson planning for all HSST ELA Educators. I will conduct at least 3 unannounced observations at HSST.&amp;nbsp;At SEMS I will set up a coaching cycle using Scholastic coaches for their new ELA teacher.</title>
