         <description><![CDATA[<p>Universal precautions involve: </p><ul><li><p>All open wounds or lesions should be wrapped and covered before playing with occlusive dressing.</p></li><li><p>If bleeding occurs while playing the athlete should be removed immediately until cleared by medical staff.</p></li><li><p>If blood is on the uniform it can be removed with hydrogen peroxide. </p></li></ul>]]></description>
