The applicant does have experience in the area, but the pitch seems too rehearsed; almost memorized. In the video, you can see that she is reading off of cue cards or a paper. This is puts me off as a part of the hiring team because I want to hire someone who can be personal and maintain eye contact, as well as positive body language. It feels as though she is forcing information on to the person she is talking to, rather than having a one on one interaction with a person. I feel as though in any job one must be able to think on their feet and be able to make quick decisions. From what I gathered from this pitch is that the applicant doesn't have much of a personality which is key in any environment to be able to work well with other people.
