I will use this emptied out candle holder to teach kids the value of repurposing, and use popsicle sticks and ribbon to help them make fake flowers that they can keep in the candle holder as a flower vase. This may help to teach them to think outside of the box (problem solving), and creatively find a way to restore something’s purpose (good for the environment), and potentially give it a new one.

I will use this yellow cup to represent the sun and have other items that will make it like planets orbiting the sun. I can also use this to help the kids understand how to see this as not only a cup but, a rocket, a vase, or even a building. I would let the kids play with this cup and we with what they come up with and then later show them how many different things this could be and that everyone can be whatever or whoever they want to be.

I will use this hat to teach how things can be small and/or big. I can also use this as an example of shape and feels. I could use it for an art project like teaching about textures, like going outside or anything that has a texture. They would put a peace of paper over the texture and then grab like a pencil/marker and softly draw over it and it will have the texture of the object you used.
