SERENDAH ECO RUN 2018, pengelola dan petugas, sukarelawan dan pembantu tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas :- Mana-mana peserta atau orang lain menuntut bagi pihak peserta terhadap sebarang kerosakan terhadap harta, harta yang hilang, kecederaan diri atau kematian menyebabkan sebelum, semasa atau selepas acara ini, sama ada kerosakan sedemikian terhadap harta, kecederaan diri atau kematian telah disebabkan dengan kecuaian / kecuaian melampau dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk apa-apa tuntutan untuk dalam hal ini sumbangan atau jaminan ganti rugi. 
 
 1. Ini adalah larian ekosistem yang akan meliputi laluan telaga tujuh, bekas lombong bijih timah,  air terjun setinggi trail, bukit manggis, ladang getah, sungai selaru,Tasik Kebun Resort, dusun buah. Oleh itu, laluan peserta perlu berhati-hati
 
 2. Setiap peserta larian perlu mematuhi arahan seorang marsyal dan / atau satu pegawai lalu lintas. 
 
 3. Peserta tidak digalakkan mengguna sistem muzik peribadi atau peranti komunikasi radio , termasuk  telefon selular semasa larian.
 
 4. Umur peserta di bawah 18 tahun dikehendaki mendapat kebenaran ibu bapa terlebih dahulu. 
 
 5. Setiap peserta larian perlu bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan sepanjang laluan larian. 
 
 6. Setiap peserta larian tidak akan menggunakan bahasa kasar serta membuang mana-mana sampah sepanjang atau selepas larian kecuali ke dalam tong sampah. 
 
 7. Setiap peserta tidak boleh menyertai larian dalam keadaan mabuk atau menggunakan sebarang dadah atau ubat terlarang.
 
 8. Semua peserta yang dalam keadaan kesihatan atau tidak yakin akan kemampuan fizikal mereka untuk mengambil bahagian dinasihatkan mendapatkan nasihat perubatan doktor terlebih dahulu sebelum acara. 
 
 9. Saya membenarkan petugas atau mana-mana anggota pertolongan cemas lain yang bertauliah untuk menjalankan 
rawatan perubatan pertolongan cemas sekiranya perlu. Saya juga membenarkan pengelola memberi kebenaran kepada sebuah hospital berhampiran atau doktor perubatan menjalankan mana-mana rawatan kecemasan. Sebarang kos perubatan disebabkan, ia dan akan menjadi tanggungjawab diri saya.
 
SAYA TELAH MEMBACA PEMBEBASAN INI LIABILITI DAN KESANGGUPAN RISIKO PERJANJIAN INI, SAYAMEMAHAMI SEPENUHNYA SYARAT-SYARATNYA, SAYA FAHAM BAHAWA SAYA TIADA HAK UNTUK MENUNTUT APA – APA KERUGIAN. DAN SAYA BERSETUJU SECARA SUKARELA  TANPA APA-APA DORONGAN.
