         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Communist Party of China was formed in 1921. It was under Mao Zedong's control six years later in 1927. In these times chaos played a major role from the acceptance of Mao. Mao had about 85 percent of the nation who were poor farmers. Not so to long after 1927, the Communists had won the war which had led to the markings of the beginning of Communism.</p>]]></description>

The Mandate of Heaven was used to justify the emperor's right to rule based on their ability to govern.
