By managing quality, logistics, and partnerships, I ensure smooth operations while adapting strategies based on market trends. My focus is to inspire the team, satisfy customers, and grow our business.

My job is to ensure that each pudding delivery is handled with care, professionalism, and timeliness, providing our customers with a smooth and satisfying experience. I take pride in personally handing over our freshly made puddings, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition and leaving a positive impression of our brand. In addition to delivery, I actively promote our pudding business by engaging with customers during deliveries, sharing information about our products, such as their high-quality ingredients and unique flavors, and encouraging feedback to improve our offerings. I also seize every opportunity to build strong customer relationships and inspire word-of-mouth recommendations, contributing to both customer satisfaction and the growth of our pudding business."

When I collect pudding orders, my role is to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I take down the details of what each customer wants, confirm their choices, and pass the information to the supplier accurately. I also keep track of payments and organize delivery or pickup times so that everyone gets their orders on schedule. If there are any questions or issues, I handle them promptly to keep things on track. My goal is to make the process simple and enjoyable for everyone involved.

One of the key takeaways for me was the importance of clear planning and organization. These responsibilities taught me how crucial it is to maintain accuracy and efficiency in business operations. Through this experience,I learned how to adapt to challenges, such as meeting deadlines and resolving group conflicts, which are inevitable in any team setting. Additionally, understanding customer needs broadened my perspective on customer service and satisfaction.
