2) they say they need support in form of monetary, social interaction. Challenge-transfer for those on wheelchair. Take 3mths to learn fold letter, carry heavy stuff on wheelchair 
3) they want to be independent. A position in the community.

They put it lots of effort in doing normal everyday stuff we do.

2) They are very friendly towards us, some of them smiled and greeted us. We feel at ease and comfortable. 

3) i think that most of them are independent enough to do their daily routine as they are able to properly do the work that is given to them.
