It is derived from a handful of plants including Salix alba (white willow), Spirea spp. (wintergreens), and Betula spp. (birch). They come from a tree called cinchona tree. Aspirin is a popular treatment for pain, inflammation, and fever. I chose this chemical because when I'm hurting i consume this pill. It was interesting to know where it came from.
