         <title>Personal Health Goal</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One personal health goal is to try and bench 100 pounds. Right now I can currently bench 80 pounds. I would really like to bench 100 pounds because it would help with pushups and all other chest workouts. The strengths I have are that I am able to bench every other day with the school baseball team so I have the time and it is attainable because we have more than 15 lifting sessions left. One risk could be that I could get injured if I try and lift too much weight. The only thing I would need is help to make sure I have good form and a partner to incourage me and to spot me while I am lifting.</div>]]></description>
