I also agree with Ammon that it should be updated maybe a little, but I don't think it should completely change. Johnathon says that you have to get background checks to get them, and that is good control. Blythe says that weapons are good for self control. Taking guns away will not protect the good people and illegal people can still have them. I agree with Tanner. I think punishing everyone is not the way to go. 

Disagree: Cheyenne said it should change because everyone else is changing, but I don't think that really matters. People change but we shouldn't get rid of them for it. Caden says that nobody cares about the constitution and i don't think that's true. It is not the guns fault it is the persons. Also because there are only a few specific people who choose to use guns badly, but in general they are used for good.

And that you can only get low caliber weapons not high caliber. And you should always be able to open carry. And do a better background check on people.

I believe the crazy people who should not be owning guns that kill people are the ones at fault. these people are the ones that are making bad image for our second amendment rights.

I agree that the background checks should be tighter we should take into account the fact that people have mental illness and other health issues. these people are unpredictable and it is unsafe to have them handle guns. nothing is going to stop these people from buying these guns illegally of the streets and black market though  so there are still going to be bad people with guns.

And i also disagree that autistic people can't hunt or shoot a gun, i think they should be allowed to shoot if! It help show our freedom in American while people in other countries, such as China, don't get the same of amount of freedoms. Also the limits to bearing arms is up to the State, which usually people vote on it.
