i agree with Cheyenne because the way the united states is has changed a lot since the 17 hundreds, and we need to be able to control what people are doing. ex: the shooting in Las veges. i also agree with Blythe because people who go through with trying to get a gun for a good reason, and are responsible with them should be able to hold it. yes there are people who shouldn't be able to, but that's why they do background checks. i agree with tanner you cant blame a object for these shooting, people are the ones pulling the trigger causeing the harm. i disagree with cadence because we do still base our government off the constitution, there are protests all the time trying to protect there rights. by protesting there trying to use the constitution, there not ignoring it. i also disagree with candence because someone might have committed a crime in the past, but they could have learned their lesson, and someone who hasn't committed a crime might have the intent of hurting someone. there for checking the past wont change anything

I agree with blythe because it shouldn't change that much because it has been a lot longer sense they changed the thing and but they should keep some of the stuff as well.
I disagree with cheyenne because something like that can happen anywhere. like the ariana grande concert, that was outside of the united states.

Agree: I agree with Blythe because i think it is our right to have guns. I also agree with Ammon that it should be updated maybe a little, but I don't think it should completely change. Johnathon says that you have to get background checks to get them, and that is good control. Blythe says that weapons are good for self control. Taking guns away will not protect the good people and illegal people can still have them. I agree with Tanner. I think punishing everyone is not the way to go.

Disagree: Cheyenne said it should change because everyone else is changing, but I don't think that really matters. People change but we shouldn't get rid of them for it. Caden says that nobody cares about the constitution and i don't think that's true. And he says that if we get those weapons then bad things happen, but people can get them illegally too.

Agree: I agree with Blythe because anyone could decide they want to cause harm to people with guns. It is not the guns fault it is the persons. Also because there are only a few specific people who choose to use guns badly, but in general they are used for good.

Disagree: I disagree with Cheyenne because just because the world is changing doesn't mean guns need to be taken away. I also disagree wit Kaden because the i don't think the constitution is "flawed" because it has worked fine and still is. and because there are ALOT of people who care about the constitution.

I agree that we need to change it a little so that you can only own a gun if you are clear on your background and have never gone to jail. And that you can only get low caliber weapons not high caliber. And you should always be able to open carry. And do a better background check on people.

I disagree that nothing should change cause there are some things that do need to change. And that you shouldn't open carry. And that people with mental disabilities (depending on what there state is) shouldn't be allowed to carry.

I disagree with the inner circle with the point that it is the guns that are hurting people. I believe the crazy people who should not be owning guns that kill people are the ones at fault. these people are the ones that are making bad image for our second amendment rights.

I agree that the background checks should be tighter we should take into account the fact that people have mental illness and other health issues. these people are unpredictable and it is unsafe to have them handle guns. nothing is going to stop these people from buying these guns illegally of the streets and black market though so there are still going to be bad people with guns.

agree: i agree with blithe because shootings can happen anywhere but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't change it. Like, just because something bad happens doesn't mean we take guns away or change things about it, stuff like that is going to happen.

disagree: i disagree with Kaden because it isn't really a bad idea because a lot of people get mugged and there are a lot of places that get robbed so we need guns to stop that and for people can protect themselves from people like that. And i also disagree that autistic people can't hunt or shoot a gun, i think they should be allowed to shoot if! There is someone that does know how to handle a gun and they have to help the autistic person with the gun and help hold it for them so they don't do anything bad and everything goes right.

I disagree with Kaden because the Constitution is not flawed in the way of the Amendments. It help show our freedom in American while people in other countries, such as China, don't get the same of amount of freedoms. Also the limits to bearing arms is up to the State, which usually people vote on it.

I agree with not giving people with Major mental illnesses should not be able to have a gun. This would cause a medical background check, which some people would consider a invasion of personal space.
