I see that as a cabinet, we are all taking turns working together to mentor and develop teachers. We take turns providing feedback and helping teachers take risks and grow. When one person is struggling, the rest pick up the slack. I can also see it as our entire flock isn't just admin but also teachers and we are all working together and listening to each other and pivoting when needed.

Adult Education does not utilize Advance; instead, we use TeachBoost. However, both systems share similar core domains, including professional growth, student engagement, classroom culture, quality of instruction, and the use of assessment data.
