They explained, that they have spoken to people who do not refer to themselves as Black… Are we willing to understand more about the culture and region people identify with?

I have found value in RJ circles in the past but I have also found students to be somewhat hesitant to participate which lessens the value. I wonder if students truly understand the purpose before agreeing to an RJ circle
