- being a pharmacy technician faces different types of patients of all backgrounds and cultures.

In addition, we can help educate patients regarding their medications by being aware of their background and culture beliefs.

-It is important to know about differences, especially in an online setting, because sometimes we forget that we are working with real people. 
- As pharmacy technicians, we are met with patients coming from different parts of the world. We need to be careful and respect each and everyones boundaries in order to provide care to the patient, because overall patients safety and wellness is the main goal.
-In an architectural point of view, there are numerous materials and ways to build. With different field of professions, we agreed that each and everyone of us has to be sensitive and respect the cultures and beliefs. Especially, with those customer facing profession.

For example, with Architecture - different culture has different views and preference for their houses or even churches that we need to respect.

With Pharmacy Tech - you have to face different patients and make sure that we are providing best patient-oriented service basing on their race, preference and culture especially this is medicine and some might have allergies that we need to take note of.

Business Accounting - in this industry, you have to be connected to each and everyone to make a good business.

And lastly, with Aesthetics - as customer facing profession, you have to understand and connect with the customer based on what they want and respect their opinion and thoughts as well.
