         <description><![CDATA[<div>Instead of restricting their diets such as cutting out certain food groups and the so-called “bad” food, teenagers should think in another perspective and find a consistent way to maintain a healthy body. If teenagers undereat and refuse any of their favourite foods for example sweets and chocolate, they’re more likely to be emotionally-stressed and may even lead to severe health problems due to insufficient nutrients and caloric intake. Therefore, teenagers should bear in mind the importance of maintaining a healthy diet which consists of vegetables, fibre-rich food, healthy fats and so on. Not only will it be beneficial to their health and bodies in the long term, but it is also a more consistent way to weight loss and health. Teenagers should block out their negative thoughts towards having a healthy body and enjoy the process, acknowledging how beneficial a balanced diet can bring to both their body and mind. </div>]]></description>
