• I went to the stall early in the morning. I started to help the workers by cutting vegetables to cook the dishes for breakfast session. The workers really guide me well to cut the amount of vegetables that needed for cooking.

• Today, for the very first time in my life i learnt how to make roti canai. The owner and the workers teach me how to make roti canai. I follow their guidelines and prepared roti canai for customers. At first moment, i felt so trepidate but at last i can make roti canai as well.

• Every day morning my owner asks us to clean the shop and make it look neat and clean so that the customers wont feel uneasy and also they will feel comfortable. Owner of the shop always says that keeping the shop and the environment clean is one of the tactic to attract more customers. Therefore, My co-workers and i will sweep and mop the floor every day morning before the customers come.

• My everyday routines goes very smoothly. Today my owner asks me to make ''Thosai'' which is known as a indians's heredity food. There are lot of customers will buy ''thosai'' because this is the only indian shop which selling indian's breakfast at this area. Preparing thosai is eventually a easiest task but if its comes to the shop, the way of preparing thosai is partially different than home-made. This is because at home the size of the thosai looks smaller if compare to the shops one.

• Today, i serve for the customers. Service is a main role in every business. Therefore, my owner suggest me to smile at customers while serving foods and also asks them for orders to fulfill their wants.

• Making beverages is also one of my duty. Im not so expert in making coffees. Then my owner teach me how to make some specific beverages with foam for an example 'Teh tarik and nescafe tarik' .

• Before we start to serve our  customers, we will clean the plates and mugs once again to maintain the hygienic. Before we close the shop i will arranged the washed dishes accordingly to the display of the shop. We will clean the table also before the shop opens , after a customers end up eating and also before the shop close. This is because  to main the cleanliness and neatness of the shop.

• Today is my first day doing SIEP at Prema Curry House. I have been introduced myself to other coworkers at the shop . Owner of the shop give me small briefing about the job and it really helpful for me.

Today is the last day of my training, (SIEP) at Prema Curry House. Throughout this two weeks of working journey i had gained a lot of experience in hospitality fields. First of all i had learned how to tackle the customers and business strategies as well. I really enjoyed working here. The owner of the shop and the co-workers also much supportive.I would like to take this opportunity to thanked my owner for giving me a chance to working here and also i would like to thanked my co-workers for guiding and helping me through this two weeks working.
