         <description><![CDATA[<div>What about those kids who are ELL or SPED? They typically have a P/F allowed, and although I understand that if they try they can at least get a D, this is bad for their GPA if they're trying to qualify for a school wide incentive program: for 9th graders it's affecting high school GPA. </div>]]></description>
