Growing up in the 90’s with two dads, I was raised in an open minded and liberal family - made up of friends from a multitude of backgrounds. As natural as this was to me at the time, it was still very counter to popular culture and beliefs which I was made aware of from a young age.

I have lived in many different houses, and to me home is not where my things are but places where I am most comfortable, where I can connect with nature and those I care about.

I enjoy country living but miss the cultural activity of the city.  Trips down always seem so rushed.  The Adelaide Hills where I grew up and have many happy memories is probably where I used to feel most at home now as I am older I think I you can be at home anywhere.  
I have 2 sets of parents both have UK ancestry.  I have lived in many different houses and each time for me they are a roof over your head and a warm dry place to be.  Some have been rundown and dumpy others have been spaceous and comfortable but they are all home.
