         <description><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to my E-Portfolio!</p><p><br/></p><p>My name is <strong>Taranpreet Kaur</strong>. I am currently pursuing a <strong>Diploma in Nutrition and Food Service Management</strong> at Centennial College, with an expected graduation in December 2025. My educational path, work experiences, and personal development in the areas of <strong>nutrition and food service managemen</strong>t are all represented in this portfolio. I have developed leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills in addition to a solid foundation in <strong>food safety, quality service, and client-centered care</strong> through my courses and practical experiences.</p><p><br/></p><p>Creating wholesome, safe, and purposeful dining experiences is something I'm very enthusiastic about, especially in community and healthcare settings.          <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Food Service Worker</strong></p><p>I help provide daily food services for residents in a healthcare setting as a Food Service Worker at Holland Christian Homes. I make sure that every meal is made and presented in a way that satisfies quality and dietary requirements. In a client-focused environment, this role has enabled me to develop excellent abilities in resident assistance, healthcare meal service, and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations while upholding professionalism and empathy.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Production Team Member</strong></p><p>I assist in preparing and packaging more than 1,000 meals every day as a member of the production team at Scarlett House Food Group, all the while adhering to stringent food safety and quality assurance guidelines. In order to reduce waste, I mark products, rotate stock, and keep an eye on expiration dates. Working with a group of 10 people in a fast-paced setting has improved my teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills while guaranteeing precise and effective meal preparation.</p>]]></description>

In addition, I have identified other personal goals and improvements I would like to make that will support both my growth and future career success.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>1.
