         <description><![CDATA[<div>Human rights are moralprinciples or norms,which describe standards of human behaviour, and are regularly protected as legal rightsin municipaland international law.They are commonly understood as inalienablefundamental rights"to which a person is inherently entitled simply because she or he is a human being,"and which are "inherent in all human beings" regard of their nation, location, language, religion, ethnic origin or any other status.They are applicable everywhere and at every time in the sense of being universal,and they are the same for everyone.They are regarded as requiring empathy and the rule of lawand imposing an obligation on persons to respect the human rights of others,and it is generally considered that they should not be taken away except as a result of due process based on specific circumstances.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945.  It is currently made up of 193 Member States.<br>The mission and work the UN are guided by the purposes and pinciples contained in its founding Charter. <br>Each of the 193 members States of UN is a member of the General Assembly.<br>the current Secretary-General is Mr Antonio Guterres of Portugal who took office on 1st January 2017.<br>The Charter of the UN was signed on 26 June 1945, in San Francisco, at the end of the United Nations Conference on International Organisation and came into force on 24 October 1945.</div>]]></description>

Before, he was United Nations High Commissioner Refugees between 2005 and 2015.<br><br></div><div>Guterres was the Prime Minister of Portugal from 1995 to 2002, and was the Secretary-General of the Socialist Party from 1992 to 2002. He served as President of the Socialist Internationalfrom 1999 to 2005.</div>]]></description>

         <title>THE SECURITY COUNCIL</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> the Security Council has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. It has 15 Members, and each Member has one vote. Under the Charter, all Member States are obligated to comply with Council decisions.</div><div>The Security Council takes the lead in determining the existence of a threat to the peace or act of aggression. It calls upon the parties to a dispute to settle it by peaceful means and recommends methods of adjustment or terms of settlement. In some cases, the Security Council can resort to imposing sanctions or even authorize the use of force to maintain or restore international peace and security.</div>]]></description>

         <title>THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The General Assembly (GA) is the main deliberative, policymaking and representative organ of the UN.</div><div>Decisions on important questions, such as those on peace and security, admission of new members and budgetary matters, require a two-thirds majority. Decisions on other questions are by simple majority.<br>Each country has one vote. Some Member States in arrear of payment may be granted the right to vote.  See the list of countries in arrears in the payment of their financial contributions.</div><div>The Assembly has adopted its own rules of procedure and elects its President for each session.</div>]]></description>
