- Despite their appearance, electric eels aren’t actually eels at all! They are more closely related to carp and catfish.
- Special organs in the eel’s body release powerful electric charges of up to 650 volts.

Two interesting facts about my animal:
- Pufferfish can inflate into a ball shape to evade predators.  Also known as blowfish, these clumsy swimmers fill their elastic stomachs with huge amounts of water and blow themselves up to several times their normal size.
-  Almost all  pufferfish contain tetrodotoxin.  There is enough toxin in one pufferfish to kill 30 adult humans.

Chameleon

Where it can be found:
Primarily in the mainland of sub-Saharan Africa and on the island of Madagascar

Two interesting facts about my animal:
1. Special color pigment cells under the skin called chromatophores allow some chameleon species to change their skin color, creating combined patterns of pink, blue, red, orange, green, black, brown, yellow and purple.
2. Chameleon change color for camouflage but this is not always the main reason. Some show darker colors when angry, or when trying to scare others. Males show light multi-colored patterns when vying for female attention. Desert varieties change to black when
its cooler to absorb heat, then a light grey to reflect heat.
