         <description><![CDATA[<div>in this article, the gurardian goes against tim scotts claim about america not being a racist country. whole time theres still racial disparities that exist in america. But when one accepts that theyre&nbsp;inbuilt&nbsp;differences that&nbsp;exist between racial groups in the United States, which would explain their varying results in the country&nbsp;the only potential reason for that would be structural racism.</div>]]></description>
