         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is important because children in early childhood can identify the 150 sounds that make up all languages, whereas most adults can only identify the 45 or so sounds that make up their mother language. Beacasue of this babies are much more sucsceptible to learning new languages. </div>]]></description>
