On the outside she looks perfect. She’s super smart, always at the top of the class, class president, naturally pretty, calm, and basically the campus crush that almost every guy likes. But deep down she’s stubborn, strict, and can be pretty fierce. She doesn’t hold back when she pokes someone’s back with a pen or tells them they’re being childish.

What I like most is how she slowly changes because of one guy who first just annoyed her. At the start she only has to watch over this troublemaker who sits in front of her. But little by little she starts noticing his honesty and the way he’s different from everyone else. She ends up teaching him, pushing him, and even standing up for him. That part feels so familiar. I’ve also liked someone who seemed out of reach at first, someone I thought would never notice me, yet a connection grew from small everyday things like helping each other and feeling comfortable together in the middle of teenage chaos.

Shen Chia-yi also shows something that happens a lot in real life: the sweetest moments often happen before things become official. There’s this hope and excitement, but also fear and hesitation. She and the guy do like each other and even date for a short time, but in the end she has to accept that he’s still too immature at an important moment. She chooses a more stable path later on. That hits close to home for me. In my own story I also learned that liking someone isn’t always enough, and sometimes you just have to say “thank you for liking me” while letting go.

So for me Shen Chia-yi isn’t some faraway perfect girl. She’s a reminder of genuine feelings that don’t always end happily, of trying to change each other, and of that bittersweet pain when the person you chased the hardest in your youth becomes a beautiful but slightly painful memory. That’s why I like her character so much. She feels real and a lot like parts of the romantic story I’ve lived.

His charm lies in the fact that he's soft-hearted but never a pushover, the kind of guy who can be gentle, emotionally perceptive, fiercely protective, and still make the hard calls when it comes to the people he loves. I'm not sure if I'm close like that but his character is someone who I really aspire to be!

Tapi dengan aku yang sekarang, aku bukan mau menjadi dia, aku gak mau mencintai tanpa balasan yang setimpal karena rasanya menyesakkan. Aku cuma merasa relate dengan karakter Pandu, bedanya aku tidak pernah dihargai oleh Indah-ku dulu.

Mereka saling mengasihi, menyayangi, menghargai, dan melindungi dengan cara mereka masing-masing.

She is kind, she is so funny and mature—She also sadar kalau she developed feeling untuk seseorang yang pernah deket sama temennya ini (si female character) but choose silence because she knows boundaries.

SHE SO MATURE AND I LOVE HEREE SM

Even though she didn’t want to be part of an arranged marriage, she still showed up and tried to find a way to avoid being chosen by the emperor’s son. That shows how firm she is in standing by her own beliefs! Although, she still ended up being chosen anyway.

She’s also a hard worker and always tries to find another solution so that whatever choice they make won’t negatively affect other people. #intinyadeh jangan lupa nonton New Life Begins. :]

i feel like these three are such a random combination, but they each have something that makes them unforgettable to me. i've rewatched all three multiple times and somehow they never get boring, so… those are definitely my all-time favorites.

1. Fast and Furious series

   Alasannya ada balapannya, alur persahabatan mantap jiwa dan menantang adrenalin. 10/10

2. Marvel series

   Alasannya fantasi seru, alur gak alay, keren aja superpowernya. 9/10 karena gak suka series Ant Man, merinding coy.

3. Cars series

   Seru kalau mau nonton film tanpa mikir, alurnya keren sih jiwa ambis dari cars biar menang balapan itu mantap. 9/10 kurang menantang gak ada fast and furious.

Those there are the ones that I remember this time, but for sure ones of my favorite(s)!

• Taken (100000/10) sebenernya gak sesempurna itu tapi gue suka banget ni bapak Liam mecahin kasus-kasus, dia gak yang over power pinternya tapi gw suka pembawaannya

• Harpot (9/10) gue lebih suka cara dia bawain lorenya, seolah beneran exist

• Percy Jackson (8/10) memang gak bagus banget movienya gak sempurna, banyak yang ke skip dari novelnya, tapi menurut gw ini movie yang paling sering gw rewatch rewatch berkali-kali

Suka film ini karena penyajiannya yang tenang, cocok untuk healing. Bahkan sudah rewatch beberapa kali di saat senggang.

2. Unlocked, 100/10

Kesan yang melekat di ingatan ku adalah amanat dari alur ceritanya. Berpesan agar kita selalu hati-hati di era digital saat ini. Selain itu penyajian juga menegangkan, alurnya ringkas emosinya tersampaikan dengan baik.

1. Us, 1000/10

Hal yang membuat film ini berkesan bagiku, adalah bagaimana plot twist tersebut disajikan. Setelah menontonnya tidak hanya cukup sampai di situ, rasanya masih mengganjal, seperti banyak teori yang disampaikan secara tersirat di setiap adegannya. Dan benar saja, ini yang membuat kesan kuat karena mengharuskan saya untuk searching dan diskusi dengan teman untuk memahami lebih dalam lagi. Bahkan saya relakan untuk rewatch lagi.

Yang pertama dan kedua adalah Monster (2023) dan Leviticus (2026). Alasan aku memilih kedua itu adalah karena perasaan mereka itu… agak relate sama aku, bukannn agak lagi sih. Apa yang mereka tempuh, apa yang mereka hadapi itu… Bikin aku sedih juga :3

Terus ketiga adalah We Made A Beautiful Bouquet. Romance but sad but not that sad, karena dari sini kayak… Belajar ikhlas gitu deh :3 Lucu juga

Menurutku film ini mampu menceritakan kehilangan dengan cara yang kompleks tapi tidak menggebu-gebu. Bukan hanya tentang seseorang yang telah pergi, tetapi tentang bagaimana kenangan tentangnya tetap hidup dalam diri orang lain. Ada perasaan yang tidak pernah benar-benar selesai meski waktu terus berjalan.

2. We Made a Beautiful Bouquet (2021)

Film ini ada di My Top 3 karena terasa dekat dengan kenyataan yang manusia rasakan. We Made A Beautiful Bouquet menunjukkan bahwa terkadang dua orang bisa saling mencintai dengan tulus, memiliki begitu banyak kenangan indah, tetapi tetap tidak ditakdirkan untuk berjalan bersama. Bagaimana film ini tidak menjadikan perpisahan sebagai sesuatu yang sepenuhnya buruk adalah poin utama. Ada cinta yang tetap indah meskipun akhirnya harus selesai, dan ada hubungan yang tetap layak disyukuri meskipun tidak berhasil dipertahankan.

3. Drawing Closer (2024)

Film ini mengingatkanku bahwa waktu yang singkat tidak selalu berarti kehidupan yang kita miliki tidak berarti. Justru karena waktu begitu terbatas, setiap pertemuan, percakapan, dan momen kecil menjadi jauh lebih berharga. Drawing Closer membuatku berpikir tentang bagaimana seseorang bisa meninggalkan jejak yang begitu dalam dalam hidup kita, bahkan ketika mereka tidak tinggal selamanya.

I’ve always been fascinated by space and the possibilities of the future, and Interstellar captures both perfectly. It makes the unknown feel terrifying, beautiful, and somehow deeply human.

02 — PRIDE & PREJUDICE ★ 10/10

I don’t have one specific reason, I simply adore it. The language can be quite heavy, but I think that’s part of its charm. I especially love how the romance lives in subtle glances, restrained feelings, and everything left unsaid.

03 — HACKSAW RIDGE ★ 10/10

I rarely cry over movies, but Hacksaw Ridge genuinely got me. The courage, sacrifice, and humanity behind such a brutal story made it incredibly moving—and definitely unforgettable.
