The most difficult pieces for me were the individual meetings with the teachers/grade levels and trying to gather all of the paperwork needed and give good feedback. I found value in our reflection sessions that we had after workshops as well as the check ins before to make sure the two of us felt comfortable with what we were presenting. 
Examples of everything was awesome, gave us somewhere to start!
