Whatever happens in labour or birthing, there is no one better way to give birth than another.


Appoint someone to watch out for you to check in about post partem depression. It was not my experience, but it was for some of my friends.


Talk to your partner about someone who can check in on his mental health during pregnancy and in the first year as well.


Choose a daycare you love, and put your name on a list early.


Your choices will be the ones that work best at the time. No regrets, just love!
