Technology does never make us alone. If we plan the time how much we play with it. As an example yes it does make us more alone if we only play on our technology without talking to people near us. But if we like the plan the day of our life then it doesn't make us more alone.
Like this 8:30 am wake up 9:00 am go to school 4:00 come back to home 4:10 unpack and do homework until 5:00 pm. 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm we can like play the games on our phone and computers. 6:00 pm to 7:00 watching TV. Also, there are some of the games that we can play with other players or friends so we can still contact with friends
