The Mexican culture has played a huge part in my life. I strive to be a lot like my mom and grandmas, where they're always so welcoming to everyone and make such good mexican food. I grew up going to parties that always ended late, cookouts, watching soccer on tv, etc. My wedding was even influenced by my mexican culture. We had a huge party, with a mariachi, ending until 2 am, and after party. My dad plays the base, and was in a band so I remember seeing his band practice and going to some of his shows. I started playing the piano and flute when I was little. My husband also plays the drums and he's in a few bands. I love seeing him play he is so passionate about music. I am currently trying to learn how to play the ukelele.
