His official name is Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva. Tiririca began her circus career at the age of eight. In the ring was trapeze artist, juggler and magician. Soon after the second CD with the successes: Padroeiro do Ceará,Índia, Eu sou Chifrudo, Amigo é pra acudir o outro and Florentina .Today is on his sixth CD The album, called Tiririca, was successful, mainly with the song "Florentina". Sony Music bought the rights and released it nationally in 1996. The album sold more than 1 million copies.

Experts said that such a phenomenon can be explained by protest vote. But he did not surpass Enéas Carneiro, who had 1,537,642 votes in the 2002 elections, becoming a Federal Deputy, another case of protest vote was Clodovil Hernandes, who in the 2006 elections won 493,451 and became a Federal Deputy. However, he gave up, and on August 4, he officially announced that he would run for re-election as a federal deputy for PR. On October 7, 2018, Tiririca was re-elected federal deputy with 445,521 thousand votes.
