- The people that were in the film had a problem of screen technology self control usage, just like us
- Humans are not capable of multi tasking with distractions present
- Apparently according to "some research" it is bad for us, so I guess it is.
- Girls are bad, boys are good.

What did you learn about self-control or multi-tasking?
Our brains are not built for multitasking, therefore we shouldn't multitask as much! Wowza!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for self-control, we have to develop our self control more over time and be able to rein in our addiction to technology. *ahem*

Do you think that violent video games are desensitizing?
Yes. According to Lawrence Kutner and Cheryl Olsen in their book Grand Theft Childhood, 60% of middle school boys and 40% of middle school girls who played at least one Mature-rated (M-rated) game hit or beat up someone, compared with 39% of boys and 14% of girls who did not play M-rated games. This is probably because in these video games, players are often required to stimulate violent actions, such as stabbing and killing. And additionally, in most of these games, the graphics are so realistic that it makes the children feel okay to commit more violent actions. Although this probably won't make them kill people, it certainly makes them more violent and contributes to their decision-making skills.

How do girls and boys differ in their use of video games and social media?
