         <description><![CDATA[<p>1) This would need to be done extensively over a large population size of similar ability students and to adjust the level of scaffolding on the onset of the study for the different groups to be the same, and fading the scaffolds at different rates across the groups to determine its effects.</p><p>2) Need to do analysis on formative and summative assessments for the group.</p><p>3) A mix of both Quali and Quanti needed as we need both test scores and written data</p><p>4) Software Scaffold vs Software + Teacher Scaffold</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>We can split the participants into  2 groups: (1) groups that is being taught with scaffolding; and (2) groups that is taught without the use of scaffolding.  Both of these groups are learning the same topic and the number of participants in each group is around 30 </p><p>Before the commencing of the topic both groups they will take a pre-test. <span style="font-size: 13px;">The results  can be collected first.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">After a period of time the group will take a post-test to see how well they had improved or not.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></p><p>The pre- and post-test will be placed in to SPSS to generate the results and see if there is any significant difference.  Paired T-test application will be used.</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Through this method, the research on  scaffolding is being conducted as quantitative research.</span></p>]]></description>
