Dear Mr. Miran 

 

Greetings , for the three time I have prepared the learning diary ,with apologize ,there might be some mistakes .I'm Gula Hama Ahmad graduated from college of Agricultural Engineering Sciences ,Natural Resource Department ,I got a masters in 2022 in the field of Hydrology .I am pleased with my participation in this round .Thank you for your tiredness.

In the first meeting with teacher Miran talked about the way of teaching which is important for getting out com and talked about the environment in the classroom and how you control the class in terms of technology which was very important to me. I learned that any student has a different way to learn and I should consider that point when learning and talked about the assignment that is used as learning and talked about experience when the student finished his studies how he can To get a job, he should have a good body language also talked about the importance of using technology in the field of education ,he should have an expert teacher in technology , he also talked about managing the class, the students voice should be taken care of, the students voice should be taken and you should make the student have creative thinking and create an active class. 

  

In another meeting with teacher Stam through activities, we talked about the ways of learning that were studied in some groups, each group talked about two ways of learning in a way that was very new to me, what was very interesting to me was that there are some kinds of ways to learn these ways should be used to teach. 

 

In another meeting with teacher Miran talked about the difference between student center and teacher center and that class of students in which the center has more activities and teacher center student in which passive at the some time talked about workshop what is the purpose of it and what is the benefit of it, he said for private work, can be same seminars in which the workshop should have results, people should be selected for groups, the plan should be clear on the day of the workshop to determine what he is running it. He is going to have to management the time .In another part, he talked about authentic learning that every one talked about his experience how he benefited from.  

 

In anther meeting with teacher oppression talked about the evaluation of the method and talked about but we talked about that we should evaluate knowledge and skill and attitude and talked about that the evaluation starts with the selection of out com should be the goal of as support and encouragement should be included in the learning process and there are several types of assessments such as self assessment are performed in he professional work and out side the class room that. These had a huge impact on me so useful it made changes that we could use some kind of evaluation   

 

In another meeting with Mr Miran rubric sheet created a sheet of assessment that talked about how to evaluate the assignment or a project that the students were presented to several groups of each group and rubric sheet did my group prepare rubric sheet to evaluate the case studied that was very important to me and made me learn how to evaluate in away that students rights are not lose to be evaluated fairly

 

In another meeting with Mr Stam he talked about the problem of Sulaymani University and asked the student that any group of student talk about a problem in the problems of Sulaimani University and present the solution in the conference hall at the University of Sulaimani with the presence of Minister of Higher Education .The university president was present and opinions were exchanged and the important of solving  the problems of the University of Sulaimani was very advanced and I realized what the problems are and what are their suggestions for the future, which is a big project It was seen in Sulaimani University which causes the importance of university and importance of university and improving the education trend. 

 

After finishing this round, I will try to transfer that information, skills and idea to my students. I will encourage them, take their opinion, and make them more independent. I am trying to understand them psychologically, and treat their problems. I learned from this experience how to share responsibility with the student and I will be a university teacher not a teacher at university.
