Navigating through HDO box app to find and play contents can be a bit difficult and challenging.

·         HDO box has confusing navigation. There isn’t any navigation arrow to help you browse the selection of contents of your choice . Absence of the navigation arrow makes it unclear of how to browse through the movie selection. This lead users to figure out other ways to navigate like scrolling from top to down and from left to right or from right to left using the mouse which can be fruastrating and time-consuming.

·         It also has hidden features which are important functions like the search or profile settings

·         Poor Feedback:  when a user tries to select a movie or a show, there’s often a delay without any indication that the app is loading. That is, the spinning wheel alone is not enough for the user to interpret the progress that the system is in response to their actions.

·         Netflix has intuitive layout. That is, it has clear icons and a well-structured hompage which makes it easier to find categories and recommendations.

·         It also has navigation arrow that helps users to browse through contents on the app effortlessly.

·         Netflix interface has immediate feedback: visual cues like hover previews, loading of animations, and progress indicators provide clear feedback.

·         Feedback of HDO box has to be enhanced: loading indicators and progress bar should be added. This will help improve user understanding.
