When I meet people or even people I already know, I like to make them happy by telling them complements that come from my heart and ya'll mate be wondering why? Because you never know what the person is going through and It's something I've learned because in my experience I am very good at hiding my feelings and not only am I'm the only one, many other people and many people don't realize when I'm not having a good time or a good day or a bad day, but them saying you look good or I like your clothes or them coming to ask me about your how my day went and just with those little words they made a big change in my day. And The point is that I also want to be that change in their lives or their day and make them smile just for a few minutes or all day with my complement that come they come out from my heart :)

My mom and I made a kindness chain for everyday to remind us to be kind.
