Women in both places have  been through a hard time. In Persepolis, women are now just getting the law that they are required to wear a veil. While here, women may not have certain law for what clothing they can wear, in some places like schools there are restrictions. And something that is similar is the women in Persepolis try to in a way protest against these certain dress code laws.
