What did you achieve from this work experience? I understood that even though i didn't get paid i still enjoyed doing the job.

What went well? I enjoyed socialising with customers. I got on well with my colleagues and built a good relationship with them. This job is how i got my current job, as it shows i can talk to customers and understand there needs

During my interview i was more at ease because i was doing it alongside Luke. I feel like i answered my questions to a good extent however i could have added more personal details to make me rememberable and stand out as that is what recruters are looking for.

After i was done jess told me what i did well and what i needed to work on, i needed to add more detail in my answers which i find hard when asked something on the spot. This is what i need to work on . An assesment day for cabin crew is a day where a bunch of people go to an interview in hope to get a job working on the aircraft. It is a selection process for airlines to pick out the most suitable people for the role. Participents may take part in group exercises, interviews and different scenarios that may happen. The things i have been studying is all relevant to this as it is warming me up and making me more knowledgable in hopes that I stand out from the rest on recrutment day.
