I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share my interest in the principled negotiation style. This approach focuses on mutual benefits, separating people from the problem, and using objective criteria to reach fair agreements.  

The objective is to find win-win solutions rather than just compromising or dominating the discussion. Unlike hard negotiators, who take rigid positions, principled negotiators focus on interests rather than positions, making them more flexible and effective.  

It help reach a favorable outcome for both parties while maintaining a good relationship. However, a disadvantage is that it can be time-consuming if the other party is uncooperative. Expecally, it don't usable in all situations.

Tendency of the negotiators is to identify a common concessions, find a creative solution and discuss a fair criterion.
