         <description><![CDATA[<p>Having a practice SimLab version at home, where you can play with the SimLab and have a stop/start option, play around and work with different situations in an environment where you are not being assessed. This would be a safe place to experiment, get things wrong, and create solutions.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The SimLab experience was a great way to engage with the student and understanding their emotions both inside and outside of school. Trying to find the underlying problem and address the issues in a collaborative way was effective and eye-opening as a teacher. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This Simlab session was more effective than previous experiences. </p><p><br/></p><p>However, based on last experiences, I have found that the sessions seem pointless in the way that they are unrealistic and don't necessarily relate to what we are going to experience in the classroom. </p><p><br/></p><p>If the Simlabs were more collaborative and focused more on the emotional side of student's responses, then it would be more effective. </p><p><br/></p><p>having time to play with it in a less formal scenario is also better. </p>]]></description>
