It is a black cross with the the verse of John 3:16 on the back. One of the items that is a sacred symbol of my faith is the crucifix such as the one I wear. I believe that it is important because whenever I see it, it reminds me the Jesus died for us and for our sins. I also believe this is important because whenever we pray either in school, at church, or at home, I mostly pray in front of the crucifix to thank God for all he has done.
