         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Shepherds:</strong> Lorie Barnes, Tammie Schroder, Tina Taylor-Thomason</div><div><strong>Current State Description:</strong>  Mad Hatters are asking if the forms engagement process can be revisited.  In its current iteration it is very Waterfall-based vs. being Agile-based.  ?</div><div><strong>Proposal:</strong> </div><ul><li><strong>A</strong> - Questioning the process is okay!!</li><li><strong>B</strong> - Just because a process has been this way for some time doesn't mean the process should continue as is or that the process can't be improved upon.</li><li><strong>C</strong> - Lorie has already set up two meeting to get the discussions started.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We traveled down a particular path with the commission coding based on what was presented by the Compensation Teams start-up wiki.&nbsp; Now it appears we may be calling the service a completely different and perhaps more complicated way.&nbsp;<br><br>Quite a bit of time chasing down the versioning issue. This is a learning experience and we simply hadn't run into something like this before, however this wouldn't have been encountered if our initial approach had been this second direction. I guess one big learning experience. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
