Current State Description:  Mad Hatters are asking if the forms engagement process can be revisited.  In its current iteration it is very Waterfall-based vs. being Agile-based.  ?
Proposal: 
  • A - Questioning the process is okay!!
  • B - Just because a process has been this way for some time doesn't mean the process should continue as is or that the process can't be improved upon.
  • C - Lorie has already set up two meeting to get the discussions started.

Quite a bit of time chasing down the versioning issue. This is a learning experience and we simply hadn't run into something like this before, however this wouldn't have been encountered if our initial approach had been this second direction.
