A worker sees his income as more than just money; he sees it as the value his company accords to him as an employee. His total effectiveness may be directly impacted by how much he is appreciated. 


If a worker is content with his wage, he is more likely to work to his full ability. A high-earning employee is more inclined to perform well since doing well will help him keep his job. His income offers him a sense of stability, makes him feel successful, and elevates him to a position of high If a guy believes his financial gains are a fair trade-off, he will be much more motivated to put in more time at work.Secondly, job security, job safety and physical safety. Maslow (1943)The likelihood of a person being motivated and invested in their task is much lower if they are sincerely concerned or frightened about their own safety. After their Physiological and Safety needs have been satisfied, individuals will turn to addressing their Social wants. For instance, people won't be considering their desire for Esteem and Self Actualization if their physiological and safety demands have not been addressed.
