Suggestions
1) SL to be directly involved. More proactive in updating parents.
2) Find out the relationship between the bully and victim from classmates. Carry out investigation promptly.

- no satisfactory response given by the school three days after incident
- teacher shouldn’t have given a personal response prior to the completion of the investigation  (her response contradicts the schools’ — “still investigating”
