The textbook for this unit is a creitable source which has adequatley informed myself on the topic of moral panic. Unlike other soucres, which ensure their use of an acadmeic tone to portray the topic, this book simlifies the meaning. Thus, allowing you to understand moral panic before you dive into the academic literature and journal articles. Additionally, for anyone having trouble understanding the term, have a look at TABLE 15.1 "Perceptions and interpretations of issues" I found this informing. Instead of thinking about the event driven examples they have used, I though of some relating to youth suicide. Let me know if you're stuggling with this book, I will help you the best I can.
